Product Support Professional

Promoting excellence in banking services is at the heart of our role. We support clients across various stages, from implementation to live usage.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. This individual will handle client incidents with expertise, ensuring satisfactory resolutions within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Java/C/C++ and SQL/Oracle, with experience in handling complex technical issues.
  • Communication skills: Ability to update clients and stakeholders effectively through various channels.
  • Analytical skills: Capacity to analyze problems, identify root causes, and provide comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert support to clients, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Contributing to knowledge base through FAQs and How-Tos.
  • Developing and enhancing tools to streamline analysis and boost customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of handling complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
