We're looking for a skilled Professional to fill this exciting role.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to clients. This involves analyzing issues, documenting defects, and collaborating with the development team to resolve problems effectively. The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to enhance tools and contribute to the company's knowledge base through FAQs and How-Tos.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze client tickets, validate information, and collect additional details as needed.
- Document defects comprehensively, including product analysis and root cause identification.
- Collaborate with the development team to provide necessary information for issue resolution.
- Act as a technical reference point during software implementation and upgrades.
- Contribute to the company's knowledge base through FAQs and How-Tos.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in product support with coding skills (Java, C++, SQL/Oracle).
- Experience in client-facing roles and acting as a technical reference point during software implementation/upgrades.
- Tememos/T24 core banking product experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial services, as well as local regulations and compliance.
