
Technical Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Support Analyst.
- This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, resolving incidents within defined service level agreements, collaborating with stakeholders, and constantly improving product knowledge.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of banking processes and financial services, including Pakistan's local regulations and compliance requirements. Experience working in 24/7 support teams and handling complex technical issues is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base content, including FAQs and How-To guides.
- Develop and enhance tools to reduce analysis time and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Computer science-related degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of product support experience with coding skills (Java, C++, SQL/Oracle).
- Experience working in client-facing roles and acting as a technical reference point during software implementation/upgrades.
- Tememos/T24 core banking product experience.
- Knowledge of T24 Release Management, Patch Deployment, and configuration changes.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial services, including Pakistan's local regulations and compliance requirements.
