Job Summary:

This is a key leadership role focused on the implementation and maintenance of an organizational quality management system based on ISO 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system aligned with ISO 9001 requirements, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
  • Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, overseeing design and execution of quality control processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, reporting findings to senior management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address non-conformities identified during internal audits, and work with relevant departments to update documents as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or a related field, preferably with certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
