Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and quality management, with experience in data administration and management functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring assigned tasks meet standard quality reports, reviewing pertinent data to build detailed reports for upper management, and formulating techniques for quality data collection. They will also analyze and interpret large amounts of data, coordinate data production by assigned departments and other data developers, and field data-related questions and assist with client-support requests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring assigned tasks meet standard quality reports
  • Reviewing pertinent data to build detailed reports for upper management
  • Formulating techniques for quality data collection
  • Analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data
  • Coordinating data production by assigned departments and other data developers
  • Fielding data-related questions and assisting with client-support requests
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in IT and quality management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High-level verbal and written communication collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for perfection
  • Familiarity with modern, high-tech databases and IT systems
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions
  • Proficiency in working with various database management systems
  • Ability to clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Independence and productivity with minimal supervision
