We are seeking a seasoned HubSpot specialist to oversee the implementation and optimization of HubSpot across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Outbound, Customer Success, and Legal. The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing HubSpot for B2B SaaS companies, with hands-on knowledge of CRM setup, automation, workflows, integrations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement a robust CRM system: contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, properties
  • Set up Marketing Hub: lead scoring, forms, emails, campaigns, tracking
  • Establish Sales Hub: pipelines, sequences, tasks, forecasting, automation
  • Create workflows for outbound teams, follow-ups, and lead rotation
  • Develop Customer Success pipelines and ticketing workflows
  • Integrate legal workflows: contract tracking, reminders, tools like DocuSign
  • Cross-team automation and handoffs (Marketing & Sales)
  • Design dashboards and reports for performance tracking

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot implementation for B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of CRM, sales funnels, and marketing automation
  • Experience with cross-functional workflows (sales, marketing, CS)
