We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information about products and services.
  2. Order Processing: Assist customers with product selection, provide pricing, availability, and specifications, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  3. Customer Records: Maintain accurate customer records and databases, and update information as necessary.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  5. Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  6. Familiarity with CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
