About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality engineering efforts. This role involves overseeing the quality assurance process for various projects, ensuring that they meet the required standards and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development life cycles, including SDLC, and experience with quality assurance methods, CMMI, and ISO standards. They will be responsible for generating high-quality documentation, following test plans, and ensuring that processes are aligned with company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for internal and external projects.
  • Lead the team in following and reporting on the test plan to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Create and perform automated test cases to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Identify and rectify system issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and document processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Verify that delivered products meet business requirements and performance parameters.
  • Pursue alignment of company policies and procedures with industry standards.
  • Ensure bug-free builds and proper code versioning.
  • Train team members on internet-based communication tools.
  • Pursue company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Firm knowledge of SDLC.
  • Experience with quality assurance methods.
  • Knowledge of CMMI and ISO standards.
  • Practical experience using different testing tools.
  • Able to develop and maintain automated test cases.
  • Knowledge of UML.
  • Perfectionist with a structured approach to work.
