Facilities Management Professional

Chase Value Centre is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to oversee the upkeep of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures, conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues, and ensuring that electrical systems are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures to guarantee optimal facility performance
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions
  • Check and maintain electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards
  • Plan and oversee repair and installation activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily activities to facilitate data-driven decision making
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a management role with a focus on facilities maintenance
  • Experience in planning and executing maintenance operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects of chiller, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Working knowledge of facilities equipment and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
