Freelance Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to acquire new business through various freelancing channels. This role is completely remote and offers the opportunity to work independently while closely collaborating with our team leader.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Bid on projects and generate sales until project completion.
- Communicate client requirements with the team, which may involve phone calls or chatting via various platforms.
- Maintain a high rating on all platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Closely collaborate with the team leader and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Retain records of client information and sales performance.
- Exceed monthly targets and meet expectations.
This position requires effective communication and presentation skills, as well as excellent English proficiency (written and verbal). The ideal candidate must possess experience interacting with clients on freelancing sites, skills in negotiations, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Requirements include access to a good internet connection, a laptop/computer, and a quiet environment for daily virtual meetings.
