We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biz Dev Expert to join our project. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, managing the end-to-end bidding process, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting compelling proposals tailored to client requirements on Upwork platforms.
  • Effective communication of our value proposition and showcasing our capabilities in software development processes and technologies.
  • Managing the end-to-end bidding process, from initial client interaction to project closure, ensuring accurate and realistic project estimations.
  • Market Research:
    • Staying abreast of industry trends and market demands to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
    • Analyzing competitor strategies and pricing to enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Nurturing and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and timely responses to meet their needs.
    • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded in Upwork and internal systems.
  • Documentation:
    • Preparing and maintaining documentation related to proposals, contracts, and client communications.
    • Ensuring compliance with Upwork policies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder on platforms like Upwork.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
