About this Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team, focusing on driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Drive Sales Growth: Secure meetings with potential clients and deliver strategic presentations selling tailored advertising solutions using Out of Home Media.
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve quarterly and yearly quotas as set by management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Sales Growth Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and onsite visits.
- Create Custom Sales Plans: Develop targeted sales strategies to effectively engage potential clients.
- Draft Proposals: Prepare and present custom media solution proposals to clients, ensuring prompt follow-ups to close contracts.
- Maximize Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to expand business growth.
- Develop Industry Relationships: Engage with local B2B organizations, attend networking events, and conferences to establish strong business connections.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience (Preferred but not required for highly motivated individuals)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
