Job Description

To guarantee product excellence at all stages by implementing rigorous standards and supervising quality control activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor quality procedures across all production stages, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and customer expectations.
  • Conduct and supervise inspections for raw materials, in-process components, final products, and pre-delivery warehouse checks.
  • Manage timely testing and documentation, ensuring accurate records of inspection reports are maintained and analyzed.
  • Coordinate with production, design, SCM, and other departments to address quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with suppliers on material quality issues and participate in supplier audits.
  • Ensure calibration of QC instruments, maintain updated calibration certificates, and verify measurement accuracy during inspections.
  • Manage non-conformance reports, analyze root causes of rejections or reworks, and track resolution effectiveness.
  • Conduct site visits to assess product performance and suggest process improvements aligned with customer expectations and international standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Wood Technology or related discipline)
  • Certification in Quality Assurance will be a strong advantage
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in quality control/assurance within the furniture or wood manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes and woodworking materials
  • Familiarity with QA tools and proficiency in handling QC instruments and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for supplier coordination
  • Ability to lead and coach quality teams
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
