Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage customer inquiries via email and chat, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. This role involves handling cost calculations, budgeting, and spreadsheet management, as well as assisting customers with platform features and troubleshooting.

This position is ideal for individuals with expertise in E-commerce platforms, strong reading, writing, and communication skills, and experience with CRM systems, help desk software, and remote support tools.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer queries via email and chat efficiently.
  • Assist customers with platform features and troubleshooting.
  • Track and share customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Provide insights on new features and functionalities to customers.
  • Assist in training junior chat support agents.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for budgeting and cost calculations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in E-commerce: Shopify, WordPress, or other online platforms.
  • Experience in email-based support (call center experience is NOT valid).
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, help desk software, and remote support tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
