Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable professional to fill the role of Amazon Expert, supporting our business operations from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Monday to Saturday.

This position requires an experienced individual with expertise in managing Amazon FBA seller accounts (private label or wholesale) for at least 1-2 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Optimization: Take charge of our Amazon store, ensuring maximum visibility and sales through optimized product listings, consistent brand representation, and up-to-date product information.
  • Search Engine Mastery: Utilize your expertise in search engine optimization and keyword research to enhance product discoverability and drive organic traffic to our Amazon listings.
  • Advertising Management: Develop and manage sponsored ads and other advertising tools on Amazon to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing excess inventory while meeting customer demand.
  • Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitor activity on Amazon, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats to refine our strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Tracking: Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI, providing regular reports to analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to continually improve the customer experience.
