About the Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our development team to design, develop, and execute test plans and cases, identifying issues early in the software development life cycle and contributing to the overall improvement of product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Define testing requirements, perform functional and regression testing, and ensure alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance testing strategies and deliver exceptional software solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, including automated testing frameworks.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools is required.
Requirements
  • Education: A B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role in software testing is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: A solid understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, including automated testing frameworks, is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, are necessary.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools is required.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Agile software development methodologies is beneficial.
