Job Title: Operations Management SpecialistAbout the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative support services at our Islamabad Office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative activities at the Islamabad Office by providing proactive support to various functions.
  • Implement administrative policies of the Management and facilitate all day-to-day administrative tasks such as security, safety, vehicle handling, office maintenance, regulatory requirements, etc.
  • Assist in developing an Administrative Budget Forecast & Control.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff leaves and attendance.
  • Coordinate closely with HR and Accounts for salary data, disbursements, and other HR-related matters.
  • Supervise the procurement of stationery items, kitchen supplies, and other local purchases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
