Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by identifying and bringing on board the best talent while promoting our employer brand.


The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's values and goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure the timely recruitment of top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the talent acquisition process.
  • Define and promote our employer brand, ensuring that it reflects our company's culture, values, and mission.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives that enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events, to increase our visibility and engagement within the talent community.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Continuously gather feedback from candidates and internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and report on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:


  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Business Management.
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and ability to develop and implement effective branding strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
