Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop strategies to mitigate risks and promote safety awareness among employees.
  2. Sustain certification for quality, environmental, and health management systems.
  3. Guarantee site adherence to environmental regulations set by the relevant agencies.
  4. Design and manage systems to track and report key safety metrics.
  5. Participate in or lead efforts to identify potential hazards within production processes.
  6. Carry out thorough safety inspections and assessments to prevent workplace accidents and ensure a culture of safety prevails.
  7. Analyze incidents and develop effective mitigation plans.
  8. Organize regular emergency drills and conduct reviews to improve our safety protocols.
  9. Verify compliance with company policies and external regulations.

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, accompanied by at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Recognition and accreditation from global organizations.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience in implementing EH&S projects and ensuring compliance with international standards.
  • Familiarity with and adherence to local and international safety laws and guidelines.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and sustain efficient EH&S management systems.
  • Proficiency in safety assessments, auditing, and compliance verification.
  • Capacity to recognize and address workplace hazards, developing effective prevention and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, particularly in root cause analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
