IT Customer Service Manager

Excellcomm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Customer Service Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, preferably with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in customer services, ideally in a technical environment.
- Hands-on experience with network, systems, applications, utilities, and security suites on clients' systems/end-user machines.
Troubleshooting & Investigation:
- Analysis of complex issues.
- Effective resolution of troubles and incidents.
Team Management:
- Management of large teams for successful completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on all end-user issues in the area of IT networks, systems, and security.
- Gather information about client-end/end-user support mechanisms in an enterprise environment.
- Coordinate with different functional teams within the organization.
- Manage internal IT assets by following company SOPs.
- Ensure IT customer service support to end-users.
- Thorough understanding of the ITIL environment.
- Knowledge of system administration procedures and IT service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Team player attitude.
