Product Development Leader

This is a pivotal role in driving business growth and market share through effective product development strategies.

  • Coordinate market research and product design activities.
  • Project sales forecasts and develop product budgets.
  • Maintain customer contact and high-level engagement.
  • Provide product training to the sales force.
  • Prepare the orientation plan and subsidiary plan for related products.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and analyze competitor activity.
  • Develop contacts with opinion leaders.
  • Initiate and lead projects supporting the strategy.
  • Report on actual product sales.
