Job Description:

This is a key role within NADRA Technologies Ltd that requires a high degree of expertise and strategic thinking to drive business growth and success in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of franchisees, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and providing support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the regional footprint, and onboarding new franchisees and corporate clients. Strong relationships with key clients are crucial, and the ability to serve as the main point of contact, ensuring effective communication, is essential.

A strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent problem-solving skills, will be necessary to monitor performance against key operational and financial metrics and identify areas for improvement. This role requires the ability to work closely with the field team and internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchisees, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand the regional footprint
  • Onboard new franchisees and corporate clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Monitor performance against key operational and financial metrics
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Work closely with the field team and internal departments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
