Lead Generation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of outbound campaigns, LinkedIn automation, content creation, and CRM management. The ideal candidate will design and execute high-performing email campaigns, manage end-to-end campaign processes, utilize industry-standard tools, and build high-quality email lists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute high-performing email campaigns to capture attention, build engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes from domain warmup and copywriting to scheduling, follow-ups, and performance optimization.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools such as Instantly.ai, Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and similar platforms for efficient workflow.
  • Build high-quality, verified email lists tailored to the ideal client profile using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Hunter.io.
  • Drive partner outreach on LinkedIn to identify resellers and open new sales channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, repurpose podcasts into snippets, collaborate with customers to build case studies, and produce short video content for social media.
  • Maintain clean CRM and campaign trackers, providing weekly performance reports on outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Ads, and content creation software.
  • Strong written English and excellent communication skills, with direct coordination with clients.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
