Finance Specialist Opportunity

This role involves working as a key member of our Finance team, responsible for managing core financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendors to reconcile outstanding accounts payable balances.
  • Analyze fleet usage history and compare it with supplier data.
  • Prepare accurate accounts receivable statements by collecting necessary supporting documents.
  • Reconcile transitory accounts and suppliers' statements of account.
  • Identify and report any fluctuations and variances.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance Manager in achieving team goals.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Business Administration or Accounting from an accredited institution.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and work with high precision.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, graphs, and tables.
  • Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a corporate Finance or Accounting department.
