Role Summary

We are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional customer support, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering personalized assistance and proactive support to enhance their overall experience.
  • Program Admissions: Assist in reviewing applications for incubation and acceleration programs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement initiatives to improve the usability and conversion of our website, increasing retention and driving business growth.
  • Education and Engagement: Host live Q&A calls and webinars to educate customers on key topics, promoting knowledge sharing and community building.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with online CRM and marketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of startup accelerators and the startup/venture capital industry.
  • 2+ years of professional customer service and/or marketing experience.
