We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Education Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our talent and development function, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • You will work closely with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including advanced formulas, and be able to develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI basics to track training metrics and performance.

You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI basics to track training metrics and performance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with global learning and education requirements.
  • Implement processes and controls to align training activities with network standards and regulations.
  • Provide hands-on support during training sessions, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a learning and development environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.
