HR Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to oversee our company's hiring, learning and development initiatives. This role involves creating referral programs, updating HR policies and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation.

This position plays a crucial role in making strategic decisions for our organization to attract, develop and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Develop effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques to find the best candidates
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Design and manage referral bonus programs to boost employee referrals
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software solutions (including HRIS and ATS)
  • Analyze employee retention and turnover rates to inform business decisions
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of labour legislation, including employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
