Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled E-commerce Customer Support Professional to join our team. As an E-commerce Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using technology to enhance service delivery.

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires daily attendance at our office in Islamabad. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills with strong command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in using computer operations and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
  • Bachelor's degree in any field required, with previous experience in e-commerce or knowledge of eBay operations being an advantage
