Senior Account Manager - Customer Success

We are seeking a highly-driven and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you.

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Incremental Orders: Responsible for driving incremental orders, ensuring retention, exclusivity & stronger relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors at servicing 360 degrees with a goal of optimizing business performance, growth, and enhancing their experience.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Help drive better experiences by training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations/owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports, and working with the marketing team to create promotions/events and optimize performance.
  • Identify and Implement Value-Add Initiatives: Identify and implement newer value-add initiatives and being proactive in finding solutions for them e.g. exclusive partnerships with key accounts either offline or on foodpanda with targeted monthly growth as the main KPI.
  • DL Photography: Ensure DL photography of top key accounts.
  • Campaign Management: Deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
  • Logistics Performance Monitoring: Monitor logistics performance on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Issue Resolution: Reduce issue rate or fail rate.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements to deliver strategies and develop tactical implementation plans, manage cross-functional project plans, risks & issues, blockers & actions.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain visibility and communication across teams and report on progress to the management team.
Requirements:
  • 1.5 years of account directorship experience.
  • Negotiations and communications skills.
  • Presentation and business review skills.
  • Knowledge of food and operational costings.
