  • Design and execute effective Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising strategies tailored for the software industry to drive qualified leads.
  • Develop and optimize lead generation funnels that directly impact return on investment (ROI) by driving conversions from targeted businesses.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance across Meta platforms, adjusting strategies in real-time to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to segment and target business decision-makers with precision.
  • Create high-converting ad creatives—visuals, videos, and ad copy—aligned with software service pain points and value propositions.
  • Manage budgets effectively, implementing bid strategies that maximize ROI across all ad sets and campaigns.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring campaigns meet profitability benchmarks.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and ROI analysis, highlighting top-performing assets and areas needing refinement.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad variations (imagery, copy, targeting) to continually enhance campaign results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure ad messaging supports the full conversion journey.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, backed by a strong portfolio of high-performing projects.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms, with working knowledge of additional tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics to track and improve ad performance.
  • Creative flair with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns while meeting tight deadlines.
