Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to support our operations. This role involves providing administrative assistance, handling phone calls and emails, maintaining records, and performing various tasks as needed.

">About the Position:
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support in an administrative capacity.
  • This is a remote opportunity with flexible working hours from 4am-1pm, Monday to Saturday, with extended hours on Saturdays from 4am-8am.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  2. Monitor CCTV footage from all locations.
  3. Ensure security systems are functioning correctly and report any issues.
  4. Maintain detailed records of incidents observed and report them to management.
  5. Handle staff inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  6. Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
  7. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  8. Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  9. Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping.
  10. Monitor and respond to company communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
