As a seasoned Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent across creative, marketing, and digital domains.


Key Responsibilities:
• Source and attract exceptional candidates
• Utilize professional platforms to conduct outreach and headhunting
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and shortlisting to final hiring
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency
• Proficient knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
