We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Call Center Agent in our customer service team.
This is a home-based role, requiring a self-motivated work ethic and excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and articulate phone presence.
The ideal candidate should possess a high level of fluency in English and a proven track record in effectively managing customer inquiries and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses in the United States to present services.
- Introduce and explain services to prospects.
- Effectively communicate benefits and features of services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments with interested and qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications in a spreadsheet.
- At least 6-8 months of experience in cold calling.
- A stable internet connection and own WFH equipment.
- Noise-canceling headphones and a laptop/PC system.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
