Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnerships: Identify opportunities for growth, forge meaningful connections with key stakeholders, and develop initiatives to drive revenue expansion.
  2. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Leverage your expertise to lead and mentor a diverse marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and excellence.
  3. Multi-Channel Outreach and Engagement: Oversee and execute outreach activities across various platforms, including email marketing, LinkedIn, and social media, while refining strategies to enhance performance.
  4. Cold Email Campaign Optimization: Spearhead and optimize cold email campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  5. LinkedIn Marketing Strategy: Leverage LinkedIn strategically to strengthen brand presence, engage stakeholders, and generate leads.
  6. Social Media Outreach: Develop and manage social media strategies to boost engagement, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
  7. Project Management and Coordination: Coordinate appointment scheduling, align client interactions, monitor timelines, and ensure accurate tracking of sales and payments.
  8. Automation and Lead Generation: Implement automation tools and manage inbound lead generation strategies to streamline processes.
  9. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  10. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate performance metrics, update reports, and utilize analytics to refine marketing strategies.
  11. Recruitment and Team Development: Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Conduct regular team meetings and address performance challenges proactively.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is highly valued.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on business development.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a large team.
  • Expertise in email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with automation tools and inbound lead generation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
