
Product/Application Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:- Resolve technical issues reported by customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and design, to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on product features and usage.
- Gather user feedback and suggest product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of experience in SaaS product support or product management roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills with excellent English fluency.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and SDLC practices.
- Good understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., user stories, backlog refinement, definition of done).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fully remote work option after initial onsite training.
- Night shift schedule (12 am - 9 am PKT) with flexibility to adjust as needed.
- Monday to Friday work schedule.
