Job Title: Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As the primary contact for clients and employees, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.
  • Effectively manage client relationships, assign tasks, and coordinate schedules to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain accurate records of on-call and backup staff to guarantee timely coverage.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to employees promptly and clearly.
  • Notify managers and clients of any scheduling or staffing adjustments.
  • Ensure all scheduled shifts are adequately staffed and completed, maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Available to work 6 days a week with 9-hour shifts (evening and night shifts).
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor.
