Job Title: Talent Development Coordinator

The role of the Talent Development Coordinator is to support the development and implementation of talent initiatives across various markets. The successful candidate will have an impact on the effectiveness of our programs, supporting program management, vendor management, analysis, data reporting, and facilitation.

  • Support TD program management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across markets.
  • Oversee employee enrollment management and attendance systems, maintaining accurate records and optimizing processes.
  • Monitor participant feedback and ensure its implementation to improve programs.
Key Responsibilities:

The Talent Development Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Supporting program management, including effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Managing employee enrollment and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyzing participant feedback and implementing improvements to programs.
Engagement Analysis and Reporting Support:

The Talent Development Coordinator will provide support for engagement analysis and reporting, including:

  • Liaising with country and brand leads to monitor employee engagement with L&D programs.
  • Mastering our Learning Management System (LMS) to prepare monthly and quarterly engagement reports.
  • Preparing concise data stories, communicating key findings and recommendations related to talent initiatives.
Training Delivery Planning and Coordination:

The Talent Development Coordinator will support training delivery planning and coordination, including:

  • Supporting planning and execution of onboarding and training sessions on various topics.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Adaptability, proactivity, and ownership: ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and process improvement skills, with attention to detail and a passion for execution.
  • Strong data collection and management skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and video conferencing tools.
  • Native or near-native English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 2-3 years of experience in support, operations, or administrative roles, demonstrating positive impact on processes.
  • Experience in talent development, learning and development, or related fields.
Bonus Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience in procurement/vendor management roles.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, hybrid training models, and LMS.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with HRIS and engagement surveys.
