About the Role

A senior associate is responsible for providing advisory support to clients and partners across various functions.

The role involves combining on-demand financial advisory support via different channels with proactive outreach based on financial metrics and exception reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet regularly with regional teams to oversee analytics processes and identify engagement teams requiring outreach.
  • Provide guidance on local policy and best practices.
  • Facilitate training for client-serving teams on financial management practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across borders, service lines, and industries.
  • Coach and problem-solve with junior advisors to develop their skills through shadowing and advising.
  • Review open items in the ticketing system and prioritize follow-up activities.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a client-driven professional environment in a financial/business capacity.
  • Experience working with customers remotely, empathetically resolving problems under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
