Responsibilities:
- Industry Research:
- Research target industries and sectors within the manufacturing space.
- Compile a list of potential manufacturing companies that could benefit from our staffing services.
- Gather key information for decision-makers.
- Pitching and Follow-up:
- Conduct cold calls to introduce our staffing services and schedule meetings or consultations.
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect.
- Follow up with prospects to provide additional information and nurture relationships.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose staffing solutions that align with their requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our internal recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Sales Performance Tracking:
- Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet sales targets for lead generation and revenue.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
