Senior Meta Ads Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Meta Ads Manager to oversee our social media advertising strategy and drive business growth through lead generation and order conversions.

This senior role involves full ownership of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, from campaign development and execution to performance analysis and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize conversion rates.

  • Develop and manage paid social campaigns across Meta platforms to generate high-quality leads and drive order conversions
  • Own the customer acquisition funnel, including audience targeting, creative development, landing page optimization, and sales handoff
  • Analyze campaign performance using advanced tracking and attribution methodologies
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department, sales, and customer service teams for timely follow-up and maximum conversion rates
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to continually improve performance
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on campaign insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership, focusing on business KPIs and revenue impact
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Meta Ads innovations, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for lead generation and order conversion
  • Proven success in optimizing campaigns for business results, with clear examples of achieving substantial order and revenue growth
  • Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel/event tracking, custom and lookalike audiences, and attribution models
  • Strong experience in full-funnel optimization, including landing page and sales process alignment
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
