Technical IT Lead

This role is responsible for the strategic management and maintenance of our internal web infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to lead our IT support team and coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers.

  • Manage and maintain internal websites, servers, and hosting infrastructure to ensure site performance, data security, and uptime monitoring.

  • Lead website updates, integrations, and troubleshooting to improve overall system efficiency.

  • Set up and manage Google Workspace accounts for clients, guide them through onboarding, configuration, and training.

  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues efficiently.

  • Oversee procurement and management of hardware and software assets to optimize resource allocation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • 3-4 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the tech or education sector.

  • Proven expertise with Google Workspace (Admin Console, Deployment, Security settings, Networking, Cloud automation).

  • Knowledge of DNS, hosting, website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and cloud-based tools.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Google Workspace Administrator Certification.

  • Experience with Google Cloud tools (e.g., Cloud Identity, GCP, Chrome Management).

  • Understanding of educational technology tools and platforms.
