
Technical Sales Executive – CRM/ERP Solutions

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitiousBusiness Development Executivewith experience inMicrosoft Dynamics (CRM & ERP)and a strong background inlead generation and tech sales. You will play a key role in driving new business, building client relationships, and promoting our suite of enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, outbound email campaigns, and professional networking
- Pitch and promote Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) solutions to clients across industries
- Understand client pain points and map solutions accordingly
- Conduct product demos and present tailored proposals to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and effective solution delivery
- Maintain detailed records of leads, activities, and pipeline in CRM
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend industry events and tech expos to expand client base
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation within the software/IT solutions space
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP modules
- Proven success in closing tech sales or enterprise software deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously
Preferred:
- Background in consultative or solution-based sales
- Familiarity with ERP implementation lifecycle.
