In this role, you will be responsible for handling accounts-related tasks including invoicing, expenses, payroll, fleet parts ordering, inventory control, and daily driver escalations.
About the Job- Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports
- Order vehicle parts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Monitor fleet activity and escalate issues to drivers
- Utilize MS Office, email, and online accounting systems
- Maintain close coordination with our UK-based operations team
You will have the opportunity to work from home 3–4 days/week and office 2 days/week, with a 10-hour shift, 6 days/week. We offer full training to the right candidate and provide opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting
- 1–2 years of experience in admin or accounts roles
