Front Desk Officer Job Overview

The Front Desk Officer will provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all individuals interacting with the organization.

Key responsibilities include directing visitors to the correct destination within the organization, handling queries from the public and customers over the phone, and maintaining accurate records of walk-in customers.

  • Providing professional receptionist services to ensure seamless communication between visitors, staff, and management.
  • Coordinating daily activities at the main entrance, including greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries, and recording daily logs accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist is required, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records.
