
Assistant Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our customer support team as an Assistant Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, delivering excellent customer experiences, and managing the daily operations of the support center.
Key Responsibilities:- Center Performance: Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality, analyzing KPI figures, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Team Development: Organizing staffing, reviewing staff performance, identifying training needs, and planning training sessions to enhance skill development and job satisfaction.
- Quality Enhancement: Implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring reviews and customer support emails, and tracking operative performance to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction.
An ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in customer service management. Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Portuguese is essential, as is at least two years of work experience in customer services, preferably in a contact center environment.
