Project Lead Role

The project lead will oversee the delivery of IT projects for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions in ERP, cloud, AI, e-commerce, and help desk services.

The role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating with development teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management in IT outsourcing or software development, with a proven track record of managing international client projects.

We are looking for an individual who can bridge cultural and operational gaps, aligning project goals with client expectations while upholding commitment to transparency, precision, and building bridges through business.

The selected candidate will be pivotal in delivering high-impact projects for diverse industries, working remotely with a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full project lifecycles for implementations, migrations, applications, platforms, and solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients and development teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and track progress using tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders with transparency.
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure alignment with standards.
Requirements:
  • Project Management: PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification (preferred)
  • Tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Confluence
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP (NetSuite, SAP), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI/ML, e-commerce, and help desk systems
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English for client interactions
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, cultural sensitivity, stakeholder management
  • Other: Risk management, budgeting, resource allocation, agile methodologies
