Management Trainee Officer - HR Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer.

Job Summary

This 6-month trainee program is designed to provide hands-on experience across core HR functions, including employee engagement, HR documentation, and operational support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop strong skills in HR and organizational processes, with a focus on employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee engagement activities that promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide support in payroll preparation and attendance tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle internal employee queries related to HR operations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support the HR team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects that require initiative and flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate or final year student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field with strong academic credentials.
  • A strong interest in HR and organizational processes, with a desire to learn and grow within the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to adapt to new software and systems.
