We are seeking a dedicated and professional Female HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth coordination with the Talent Acquisition department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle HR processes with confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all HR-related day-to-day activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition department for smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage payroll-related data and support finance with accurate HR inputs.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Support management in implementing HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (fresh candidates with strong knowledge may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Willingness to work night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
