Total Rewards Specialist
The role involves providing support for the end-to-end compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors to deliver effective compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in payroll processing, including reconciliations, tax calculations, and collecting information on incentives, overtime, and allowances.
- Prepare and analyze compensation reports, benefit costs, and related metrics for management review.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity for onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
- Oversight of new employee orientation and onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into company culture and operations.
- Address and resolve employee grievances fairly and promptly, collaborating with management as needed.
- Support performance management by coordinating evaluations and aligning with company objectives.
- Process EOBI and ESSI vouchers as required.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in managing employee information from onboarding to exit.
- Organize events, workshops, or programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in audits related to compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to address employee concerns effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
