Lead Generation & Client Success Specialist
This is a mid-senior level marketing and sales role focused on client acquisition and success management for virtual tour solutions.
About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced lead generation specialist to develop and execute a holistic strategy for creating awareness and generating leads in sectors such as higher education, cultural heritage sites, museums, car dealerships, and more.
- The successful candidate will create contact lists of prospects, develop email marketing workflows, and use social media to generate qualified leads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in CRM management, email marketing, social selling, and data analysis.
- Experience in the education or museum sector is preferred but not required.
- Develop a comprehensive lead generation strategy that includes email marketing, social selling, and other tactics.
- Create and manage contact lists of prospects in target industries.
- Develop and execute email marketing workflows to generate qualified leads.
- Use social media to create awareness and improve brand presence, resulting in warm leads.
- Track and report key lead generation metrics.
- Manage client communications and relationships as a success manager.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on social media content and posting.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create marketing collateral such as landing pages and funnels.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
- Proven track record in email marketing and social selling.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
